Introducing the Dinnumion!

As per zaShunina's recent network post, the Lunar Scientia labs have combined magic with anisotropic principles to create a wondrous device that allows two people to share their thoughts with each other in a low-level mind-meld effect so long as both are touching it. He'll now be "selling" these over the network to whoever wants one for the low cost of the same amount of chroma required to produce one.

Just keep in mind that it takes two weeks for him to make one, so there will have to be a waiting list on any orders after the first one sells. I'll be periodically editing this post with additional relevant information.

What kinds of things will be shared across the link?
Any thought currently being "called". Mental images, songs stuck in your head, wandering thoughts, your current emotion, etc. People can not however use the Dinnumion to dig around in each others' minds. Only thoughts that are currently in mind will be shared, so you can't just mind link and uncover someone's dark secrets unless they're specifically thinking about them at that moment. Please use discretion when using the Dinnumion.


This post is meant to function as an OOC Q&A for the thing since zaShunina himself is not always the most forthcoming about his alien devices. So if there's anything you want clarified, let me know here.
