AC NOTES AND REMINDERS 06.2020
NOTES AND REMINDERS
FOR JUNE 2020
▶ JUNE 2020 ACTIVITY CHECK
As a reminder, we will be returning to our normal Activity Check procedures this month! Please re-acquaint yourselves with the rules found here. Again, we ask for one of the following: a log-based thread containing three consecutive comments or a network-based thread containing five consecutive comments.
If you feel that you may have issues this month, no matter what situation you may be in, please don't hesitate to use the Mod Contact and let us know before the end of the current AC round!
▶ MARCH AC ROUND PASSES
- If you passed AC in March 2020 (provided a valid proof before the end of that month per GMT), then you will receive an automatic pass for this month and will not be required to submit a proof. However, you must comment to your permanent AC thread indicating that you are using it.
- Submitting a valid or invalid thread if you have a pass will not count against you in any way, shape, or form.
- Submitting a use of a pass when you do not have one will not result in a sweep. However, you will be asked to resubmit a valid proof within 24 hours of any notification.
- Not submitting anything before 11:59 PM GMT on June 30, will result in an immediate sweep from the game as per normal.
- If you posted to your permanent AC thread that you were using the pass for April or May (which were check-in months), it will be ignored as no AC was recorded or taken for either of these months and the pass will be considered unused so it can be used for this month's AC.
- This pass can ONLY be used for this month and year, June 2020.
- A list of those who have use of that pass will be supplied sometime Soon™. When this list is made available, most likely during the middle of this month, it will be made available through a link on this post.
▶ OBSERVATIONS
Spring(???) Cleaning!
Please check your Taken List (A-K or L-Z) entries for any erroneous links, especially the one pointing to your AC! We'd like to ask for all players to make sure the AC link goes directly to the character and not to the player top-level, so please consider adjusting this at this time. Any corrections can be made by resubmitting to the proper site.
Ware Wolf Shop
In order to assist in tracking purchases, players should edit a post if they wish to add additional items to their order instead of posting a separate comment. All posts are reviewed by the end of the month, so these items will be acknowledged when the final pass is done.
Example: Qwerty submits a proof or proofs for an item on June 3rd. On June 10, Qwerty wants to purchase another item. Qwerty should edit their post on June 3rd to include that second item they want.
