Welcome to Prismatica, a panfandom sex-friendly sci-fi/fantasy game for you to hopefully indulge in all of your RP needs. Here are some important things to keep track of this upcoming month and the beginning of next:

Our next event will start on May 24th, but you are free to backdate and backlog for as long as you need. The OOC plotting post will be going up on prismaticaooc on May 23rd!

We will not be making an official log for the event. Instead, we encourage others to post their top-levels or links to relevant network/log posts on the upcoming event post. However, we ask that you refrain from RPing on the OOC community. The event post will merely serve as a directory for all player posts related to the event. Please see last month's OOC event post for reference.

Whether or not you want to keep TDM threads canon is up to you! You may also handwave your character’s initial arrival so they can plunge directly into plot things if you wish.

Please look at our calendar for reference as to when moon cycles fall! Since it is something that will happen regularly, we will not have a log up for that, but your characters can react accordingly via the network or in their own logs if you wish. There might be times when the moonblessings overlap with events, so please keep that in mind. If you would like more information on the moonblessings, please read the moonblessing page. For any additional questions, feel free to drop us a line on the FAQ.

Character Name: Lord John Grey
Canon: Outlander

About: Lord John is a member of nobility, being the son of an earl. He is also a career soldier, having spent over half of his life by now as an commissioned officer in the British army. On top of all that, he is a gay man in the 18th century, which is not an easy life to live. He is smart and witty and good at swords but not so much with technology, given the era he comes from. He is also madly in love with a man who will never love him back and happens to be secretly raising that man's bastard child as his son, so talk about complicated life situations.
Moonblessing: Sanguis, which does suit his character and more basic personality traits to the letter, being an army man. I'm not quite certain about traits just yet but I'm leaning towards at least maybe something to do with aggression/assertion?
Desired CR:

Future Plans: Being a career soldier, Lord John really, really needs to be put to work. I'm thinking of getting him involved with the Moon Knights since that's the sort of person he is, though I'm not quite sure of the best path to leading him into that. Beyond that, he really needs help adjusting to being here and Everything That Entails, so friends and partners for him please.
Smut Preferences: Very open to smut with him, with the preface that Lord John is in canon a gay man and thus is only physically interested in other men. He does sleep with women but usually only out of necessity. John hasn't been able to be true to his sexuality in some time now, and IT WOULD BE NICE NOT TO HIDE FOR A CHANGE though definitely an adjustment for him. Here is the kink list I filled out for him.

They definitely need to be friends, mostly because Malcolm is an old soul, he loves swords, and is considering joining the Moon Knights. You know all this but.. yeah.

and canonblind is a-okay, i am expecting most people not to be familiar with him haha. he would definitely be taken aback at first (not the least bc he is average height for his day and therefore over a foot shorter at 5’6”), but he likes tall people and he’s generally up for an adventure haha

it's cool john, there's humans-by-a-different-name where he comes from, he won't be weird or a jerk about the smolness. and he's an EXCELLENT person for adventure-having, being the customizable-player-character of an MMORPG :3 also they can bond over WEIRD TECH.

he's pretty much accepted his fate as a smaller person but thank you for not rubbing it in his face any more than necessary, friend. and god there is SO MUCH weird tech here, john will probably be struggling to take it all in. coming from a time where people still used privy houses out in the yard and bed warmers and cooked their food over a fire, all of this is a pretty BIG adjustment. never mind all the moonblessing business haha
