Welcome to Prismatica, a panfandom sex-friendly sci-fi/fantasy game for you to hopefully indulge in all of your RP needs. Here are some important things to keep track of this upcoming month and the beginning of next:

Our next event will start on May 24th, but you are free to backdate and backlog for as long as you need. The OOC plotting post will be going up on

prismaticaooc on May 23rd!

We will not be making an official log for the event. Instead, we encourage others to post their top-levels or links to relevant network/log posts on the upcoming event post. However, we ask that you refrain from RPing on the OOC community. The event post will merely serve as a directory for all player posts related to the event. Please see last month's OOC event post for reference.

Whether or not you want to keep TDM threads canon is up to you! You may also handwave your character’s initial arrival so they can plunge directly into plot things if you wish.

Please look at our calendar for reference as to when moon cycles fall! Since it is something that will happen regularly, we will not have a log up for that, but your characters can react accordingly via the network or in their own logs if you wish. There might be times when the moonblessings overlap with events, so please keep that in mind. If you would like more information on the moonblessings, please read the moonblessing page. I have one giant nerdo here who is a medical researcher and who has experience mentoring awkward teenagers (also being very socially awkward himself) if you'd want a dad-type friend/mentor/etc for Ruca?

That sounds absolutely perfect! Ruca definitely needs a dad/mentor friend and he looks up to people really easily :D

And Tachibana very much is the type to swiftly get attached, especially when it seems like someone is in need of guidance. He also has a good amount of experience with that whole "what is human" thing so he can give some decent advice there. (Currently of the 3 people from his canon here, he's the only one who's physically human, thought he will fight anyone who tries to claim 2 of the others aren't as one is his current best friend (much to both of their confusion) and the other used to be human and was his mentee whom he sees as his little brother. Lots of complicated feelings about what it means to be human here. :D

Also, does Ruca want to learn about motorcycles?

It sounds like he'll get along with Ruca amazingly! :D Also complicated feelings are the best tbh haha

Ruca doesn't know anything about motorcycles. He'll definitely be interested but probably too scared to ever try a ride XD But if he does, he'll be clinging to the rider for dear life haha

Complicated feelings are the most fun to play with and oh boy does this guy's cannon come stuffed with em :D

There can be gentle coaxing~ (and lots of making sure to drive safely and that Ruca has a helmet that fits and all that dad energy goodness that Tachibana just does so well)

Once the event hits / newbies are properly let through the gate, I can either drop you a link to any new post I make with him or just date-fuss something on an older open post of his, whichever looks like it'll work the best. :)

In Ruca's case, it's mostly him remembering how he got killed in his previous life by the person he loved the most. Though he did decide that it didn't matter, because in this life everybody is no longer the same they were in the past. His resolve is to focus on the future.

Oh, that sounds so nice, yes! He's definitely going to be wary of motorcycles because he comes from a steam-punk like world. The best they have when it comes to vehicles are steam trains, steamboats and airships, so he's not used to things that can be faster than that haha But if he's taken good care of, I'm sure he'll be fine! He definitely likes learning new things and enjoys travelling by boat and by the airship.

Tachibana briefly got to live the steampunk life in his previous game ~~and still had a motorcycle that ran on magic because of course he did~~ so he very much can adjust for that!

Also ouch, that's a hell of a past life memory to have!

Ruca's past life is complicated, but I guess I should explain that even though he was a demon-god in his past life, he doesn't actually see that fact alone as something bad. In the world of gods, there were two fractions formed that were fighting against each other. One was Ratio who looked more like geek gods and the other were the Sensus who looked more like demons. Asura (Ruca's past life) was a general of Sensus and he lead the army to eventual victory and ruled over the Heavens (the world of gods). For the gods of Sensus, Asura was a hero and Ruca also admires him a lot, because he wasn't a bad person at all.

What Ruca is afraid of is that the people who are reincarnated (Avatars) are discriminated against and feared in his world. If an Avatar is found out, they are arrested and either taken to laboratories to become experiment subjects or they are taken to war to fight, promised that if they'll be good and don't die then they might get their freedom back one day.

Ruca is also thrown onto the battlefield when he and his friends are captured in the beginning of the game :(

Very ouch...

Closest parallel for Tachibana's world, there are immortal beings called Undead ~~which never fails to cause shenanigans in games~~ that were created at the start of the world to fight to see what species would rule over Earth. Human Undead won, so we have a world of humans. Fast forward to 2005 and humans have found the sealed Undead and because humans, the Undead get unsealed and start up the Battle Fight again. Only over the course of things, a few of them develop Feelings for humans and don't really want the world rebooted.

Tachibana spends 90% of the show yelling about how Hajime (who is Joker Undead) will destroy the world and trying to seal him. Only to pull a 180 the 3rd to last ep of the show and nearly dying to keep Hajime from being sealed. And now they're best friends and neither of them quite understand that.

So while not quite a parallel situation, it's enough that he will very much get that. Also the whole "and now you have to fight" thing though his was a "you are the only one who can keep these immortal creatures from killing humankind. No pressure!" set up.

(He also doesn't exactly have a favorable view of gods in general due to the god of his world being basically the root of all his misfortune and ones he's met while Traveling (aka, in his other game) have been jerks. So he also will see nothing wrong with taking over Heaven so long as Earth didn't suffer for it :)

So basically, if/when it comes to backstory sharing, he can offer so much sympathy and advice.

Ah, it seems that they both have stories to tell, which will be very interesting once they actually start sharing them haha :D
