Welcome to Prismatica, a panfandom sex-friendly sci-fi/fantasy game for you to hopefully indulge in all of your RP needs. Here are some important things to keep track of this upcoming month and the beginning of next:

Our next event will start on April 24th, but you are free to backdate and backlog for as long as you need. The OOC plotting post will be going up on prismaticaooc on April 23rd!

We will not be making an official log for the event. Instead, we encourage others to post their top-levels or links to relevant network/log posts on the upcoming event post. However, we ask that you refrain from RPing on the OOC community. The event post will merely serve as a directory for all player posts related to the event. Please see last month's OOC event post for reference.

Whether or not you want to keep TDM threads canon is up to you! You may also handwave your character’s initial arrival so they can plunge directly into plot things if you wish.

Please look at our calendar for reference as to when moon cycles fall! Since it is something that will happen regularly, we will not have a log up for that, but your characters can react accordingly via the network or in their own logs if you wish. There might be times when the moonblessings overlap with events, so please keep that in mind. If you would like more information on the moonblessings, please read the moonblessing page. About: Shogo is 30 going on 18, aka he's an adult trapped in a digital highschool thanks to an out of control Hatsune Miku (yes) He really just wants to drink beer and go home and possibly sleep and stay indoors whenever at all possible but neither of those things are conducive to going home so sometimes he's gotta put on the moves and act kinda cool. He, like every other character in this game, has a traumatic past that you must Social Link delve deeper to discover.
Moonblessing: Cordis! He will be a lazy cat with chimeric coloring because how could I resist
Desired CR: Shogo will want to make friends! He will probably want to connect with adults but he's also used to being in fake high school so he can kinda jive with kids too. He's very comfortable with technology and a recovering hikikomori so you'll definitely see him more over the network than in person. To give you an idea, he calls himself the "sloth representative" in-game. Just don't piss him off and he'll be a chill older guy who comes over to your place only if you've got beer.
Future Plans: My goal is to try to get Shogo our of his shell and maybe trust folks and make friends. He's going to think this is all another digital world at first, so it'll take a bit for it to sink in that no, this is reality, he's just stuck in his digital body because there was no canon appearance for him as an adult.
Smut Preferences: Haven't populated his kinklist yet but Shogo is a 30-year-old virgin.......... his first time might take him a bit to work up the courage for it. It'll be messy and embarrassing. That said since he looks younger than he is, I totally get that people might not want to smut with him (he'll be especially reluctant about it, too) so feel free to head to his permissions to opt in if you're so inclined.

About: Sycamore here is basically the Professor Oak of the Kalos region/Gen 6, i.e. the person who gives you your starter Pokemon! Kalos is based on France, and Sycamore lives in Lumiose City/Pokemon!Paris where he has his laboratory. He's a very vivacious person who gets enthusiastic over...pretty much anything, to be honest, but there's also a lot of brainpower buried under all the AHHHHHHH, I promise! He speaks with a strong french accent, which I will NOT be typing out because oof that's nagl, so feel free to bring it up/ask him what part of France he's from! He'll have absolutely no idea what a 'France' is, but that's the fun of it. His inventory comprises a trio of Kalosian starter Pokemon (Chespin, Fennekin and Froakie), all at Lvl5 i.e young 'uns, and he will happily chew your character's ear off for an hour if they ask about them, so.

One quick-but-important note; Pokemon is a super fun canon in that the games, anime and manga all tend to have different interpretations of characterisation and the plot (because consistency is boring!) I play Sycamore from game canon only, to keep it simple.

Moonblessing: He's an Iris, and not too disappointed about it tbh!!
Desired CR: ANYTHING AND EVERYTHING, Sycamore is a massive extrovert so all are welcome to chat with him! Special bonus for young people he can mentor because that is his JAM, MES AMIS, but honestly he will talk to anyone and refuse to shut up, please let him TALK about his POKEMON and THE FUTURE how WONDERFUL EVERYTHING IS, WHO WANTS TO LEARN ABOUT MEGA EVOLUTION-
Future Plans: Oooh, nothing super concrete, but! He's from post-game, i.e. after his best buddy/evil team leader Lysandre tried to accidentally the region, and he's still trying to process all of that! So there's potential for angst if anyone can get him to sit down for five minutes and talk about it, and/or you play a really tall redhead with a penchant for leather, cafés and genocide. Otherwise, for now my only plans involve getting him settled and seeing what the future will bring!
Smut Preferences: I'm easy (and so is he)! My only condition is no characters under 25 for anything romantic/smutty, but other than that he'll flirt his head off (whether he is successful or not is the question...but god will he Try). He's canonically all about the laydeez but what happens during Iris moon stays in Iris moon!

Canon: Octopath Traveler, wherein a ragtag group of JRPG tropes personified band together to slay their demons and then slay an actual demon.

About: Archetypal do-good cleric you could introduce to your parents or take to church without having to worry about her embarrassing you. Before being whisked away to neon furry hand-hold land, she was in the middle of a pilgrimage called the Kindling, a special rite undertaken once every twenty years by members of the Order who are loyal and have the cajones enough to do it. Not seeing it through to the end is implied to have some pretty big, potentially world-ending consequences, so… 🙃
Moonblessing: Iris! Ophilia’ll sport some duck wings and a halo of downy feathers a la Griselda and Gwendolyn from Odin Sphere. (it’s cute sue me)
Desired CR: Anyone and everyone, but more specifically:

• Old friends and acquaintances from Ophilia’s last stay! Fill her in on what she’s missed, let her know you’re still in one piece, show her you’ve grown an inch or a fifth animal limb-thing… she’d love to hear from you! But also…
• New friends and acquaintances! She’s generally personable and’ll stand by you in just about any situation… so long as it’s, y’know, morally conscionable. (bad influences are especially welcome however and i would go so far as to encourage them)
• Have an Ice Queen (or King) that needs defrosting? Ophilia’s your gal! She’s wormed her way into the hearts of some of the prickliest people this side of Orsterra, so if she can win them over, she’ll get you to come around, too!
• Other clerics, bishops, deities—or, gods forbid, people who hate religion! Ophilia’s faith means a lot to her; it’s not often you’ll find her skipping out on prayers or her daily morning scripture reading. I’d love to have people help her not only explore her relationship with religion, but introduce her to other perspectives, too!
• Ophilia has a soft spot for kids! Younger characters who’re struggling to get by and need guidance will find a wonderful older sister in Ophilia.
• Negative CR! She's trusting to a fault and refuses to believe that there are people who’re just Plain Bad. Villains and other unsavory sorts are welcome to challenge her worldview.

Future Plans: I wouldn’t be opposed to having her set up a non-profit organization (an orphanage or shelter in particular come to mind) or some sort of place of worship in the future! I don’t have any definitive plans, though.
Smut Preferences: Given the right context, I’ll play ball with pretty much anyone! I only ask that we don’t have Ophilia do the do with anyone under 18.

Ophilia herself isn’t very experienced, both on account of her sheltered upbringing and her very exacting preferences, so she’ll need a little social lube/CR/moon shenannies/something in that vein to help her ease into things (or help ease things into her 🤠). She doesn't discriminate based on gender, but she tends to mistake advances from masculine types as either mean practical jokes or awkward expressions of brotherly love.

About: Dr. Robotnik is an insufferable weirdo genius and robotics expert who works for the government, sent to investigate a power surge in the quaint town of Green Hills, Montana, where he acts like an asshole for a while and tries to catch a very fast blue hedgehog. This particular Robotnik is fresh from near the end of the movie where he gets his ass kicked and sent through a portal to a mushroom hellworld... except it turns out he ended up here instead. It's for the better, probably. He likes fancy lattes and he hates that hedgehog.
Moonblessing: Iris, still working out exactly what I want to do with him physically, but I'm definitely going for jellyfish stuff. As for the other parts of it... let's just say he's going to hate it.
Desired CR: Anyone who wants to deal with this guy! He's not exactly gonna be nice but maybe he can somehow make friends eventually. He'll likely at least try to be civil when he has to. Try. He can certainly make enemies. Maybe if someone likes technology he can be something resembling chill with them. We'll see!
Future Plans: I'm mostly just looking to wing it, see what comes up! Maybe he can fucking chill out for a change, jeez.

Desired CR: He's just starting out so probably not any mortal enemies right from the get-go. Just any CR in general would be good though, he needs a base before I start getting into any specific requests.
Future Plans: Taichi went from his family taking care of him to Omi taking care of him, so this will be his first time really having to take care of himself (even if he has help from Banri) so his first goals are to try to get a part-time job, enroll in school (do they have a school lunch program?!), and try to hold hands with someone without his head exploding. At some point, I do hope to have him try to yawn and put his arm around someone's shoulders because he would think that is a smooth move.
Smut Preferences: I'm cool with whatever. I haven't made a kink list for him yet bc those of you who know me know that FOR SOME REASON I AM REALLY SLOW AT MAKING KINK LISTS... but unless your character is in a 'corrupt the innocent' sort of mood and totally blows his mind, his reaction to being touched by a girl is basically this but on the flip side if he sees muscles he will also ask if he can touch them and call a dude an Adonis/God of Muscles/the most amazing/etc.??? About: You know those cheesy romance novels where the love interest is a mysterious and charming person who has a secret identity and alias and turns out to be the prince of some faraway land? Yeah, that's basically Claude in a nutshell.

For the less funny answer, Claude's the heir of House Riegan, the leading family of the Leicester Alliance of Fodlan. Easy going and friendly guy with some trust issues ( because he wouldn't be a FE:3H lord if he didn't have something going on! ), he's half-Almyran and half-Fodlan and may or may not be the prince of Almyra. He keeps all of that under wraps for safety reasons. During his youth in the Officers Academy, he was the leader of the Golden Deer house. With a big dream of uniting Fodlan and then opening its doors to the outside world, said dream was almost ruined when a war kicked up, but he made do with it.
Moonblessing: Iris! Still working on exactly what physical traits he'll have but he's definitely going to have deer antlers and a cute deer tail, because come on I'd be committing a crime if I didn't.
Desired CR: Basically anything and everything! Claude's easy to get along with so I see him making more friends than enemies but, well, he can also make a few good enemies if he messes with the wrong person, so there's that. He's going to be very interested in the world around him and the fact that there are people from all different kinds of worlds out there, so expect a lot of poking and prodding for information. He wants to ~*learn*~.
Future Plans: Mostly focusing in on getting settled in ( i haven't gamed in like 6 years so pls forgive any hiccups ), but my main goal is to really just get Claude some more friends and open up a little more! He's gonna be snooping around, like always. So expect a looot of questions. Give him the tea.
Smut Preferences: Kink list is forever a WIP here. I'm mostly leaning towards characters 20+ for romance / smut. No one underage, please.

Claude's not super easy but he's not too hard to get with. With the lunar cycles he'll probably be more open to sex and treat it more as a casual thing than anything super meaningful, but I'd like some CR build up regardless. He's bisexual so no real gender preferences, everyone is chill with him.

Future Plans: i'm interested in bringing her out of her shell and actually try to like, make connections with people to help her find her purpose. a lot of marianne's character deals with reconciling her past and forging her own identity separate from her crest, and i think it'd be interesting to explore that in this setting where there are so many different people with difference experiences that can help expand her outlook.

About: Nehan was the villain of the most recent anniversary event, Seeds of Redemption. He is the only survivor of the Karm massacre, and he pulled many different entities of the Sky Realm into conflict when he demanded Six of the Eternals stand trial for the slaughter of their people. In the end, he is defeated (by the power of friendship) and denied both his revenge and death, so he decides to cosmically say, "fuck it," and goes into a self-imposed coma. But now he's here, he can't force himself to be comatose anymore, so he's just gonna try to make the best of it.
Moonblessing: Sanguis with wolf features, because I'm very predictable
Future Plans: Because his perception of himself is a terrible person who deserves terrible things, Nehan will be living and spending most of his time down in the Lightless (though he will occasionally venture to higher tiers of the city for research and shopping, of course). He will be spending some time researching this place, its history, how things work, and also looking heavily into the native foliage of this planet so he can begin to puzzle out new medicines (as well as poisons and drugs, because it's a habit at this point). My big future plan is for him to open up a "no questions asked" clinic down in the Lightless, because he is an experienced doctor and apothecary... but for now, he will be doing what he can, when and where he can.
Desired CR: Nehan is very emotionally closed-off, so it would have to be things like...
🧪 Very determined, perseverant, and positive individuals who can put up with him and try to be positive influences on him. He had someone like this in Mugen, who was his very big very good son, but since he's not here, he will need other people try draw the kindness out of him ... by force.

Moonblessing: Sanguis. Kamui is already violent without any moonblessings, but being possessive and territorial are very much not his thing. Until now. He's not someone who gets attached easily (or at all), and he's not going to know what to do with himself when suddenly that person over there who he really wanted to fight is talking to someone else like they like them or something. STEP OFF HIS PREY, etc. I'd love to play this out with anyone interested. As for animal traits, his first time round, he's gonna be a fuzzy, cutesy red panda. We'll see where things go from there.
Desired CR: I mean, if your character can stomach Kamui long enough to befriend him, I will consider it miracle CR and be very happy. But to start off with, I'd love some cr with super patient characters who can handle Kamui being an asshole, super reactive characters who will blow up when he teases them, powerful characters for him to claim as his prey, and literally anyone who will call him on his bullshit. He is so full of bullshit.
Future Plans: The Sanguis moonblessing traits are a pretty great way to force Kamui into caring about literally anyone who isn't directly related to him, and I plan to put them to use as much as I can. I'd love it if a few months in, he's managed to find one or two characters he actually kind of doesn't want to murder.

Also, Eiji is from a world where everyone is trapped in a video game thanks to an amped up Hatsune Miku. In that world, everyone is a high school student. He's actually 34, which is at least the one thing he's not going to lie about. He needs everyone to know he's a cool adult, ok!!

Desired CR: I'm open to all kinds of CR! Eiji will be super nice when he first meets anyone so he can be a "good friend" or at least play the part for awhile. All that being said, Lio is actually from a few weeks past the end of the movie - and he's lost his powers. He's still adjusting to the change.

Desired CR: Lio is hard to be friends with, unless you're also a serious person or a stubborn idiot. Enemies or allies is much more likely - though he wouldn't mind having a few "go-tos" for Moonlacing.
Future Plans: Lio has a lot of adjusting to do without his powers. That said, because he is Sanguis, he will have access to fire powers, and so it will be a major motivation for him to want to Moonlace with others. The more Chroma he can store up, the more fire he'll get back.

He's been ostracized by people all his life for his albinism due to the time period he's from and tends to be a little cautious around strangers, but he does have people's best interests at heart and likes helping out! It's just if you're judgmental based on appearances, bully other people or spread nasty rumors he'll probably tell you you're going to hell. No hard feelings.
Moonblessing: Iris. Specifically to start off, I'm planning on giving him bat traits, more specifically vampire bat traits. All the more reason for him to lurk in the dark.
Desired CR: I'm pretty open for anything! Andrew is the type of person where his relationships can go either good or bad due to his personality and his views. He gets along well with people who're non-judgemental and genuinely kind, especially if they're good at pushing him to be a bit more open since he's a bit of a distant person himself. He needs some good, positive influences in his life after all he's been through and I'd love to see him get some good relationships and actually warm up to people enough, even if he's gonna be a bit textbook tsundere about it.

That being said, he can also have negative CR. Like I said, he hates people who judge others based on appearance or who like spreading gossip, basically he hates bullies. He can be a bit rough and rude himself as a defensive mechanism, but he doesn't try to purposefully make others feel bad unless they've proven themselves to be what he considers a 'rotten soul'. Back off, he's got a shovel and he might be a bit afraid to use it but he'll try.
Future Plans: I'd like Andrew to slowly become more open and less completely defensive and cold, as well as learn more and adapt to a more advanced time than he's used to. He's used to being glared at, or completely ignored and treated with contempt, so it might be liberating to be in a place where that becomes less and less common. Walking around freely in a populated place without feeling like an outcast? It'd be good for him.

About: Alec is a member of a ~secret society~ that was created to hunt demons. He's technically part angel, which is neat. He's also covered in large black runes that he uses to help kill said demons. He comes off a little cold in initial meetings on account of living most of his life as a closeted gay man in a pretty homophobic society, and, you know, the whole secret society thing. He's a little more Chill than he was a year ago now that he's out of the closet and generally much happier, but he still tends to be a little closed-off to acquaintances.

Other fun facts include being a master archer, having experienced possession by a demon, and having married a prince of hell. Also neat. He is extremely in love and stupid and will probably melt around Magnus if anyone sees them together.

He is also from Manhattan and is extremely New Yorker sometimes, yet fails to understand a lot of pop culture references. He's dumb.
Moonblessing: Cordis, with the features (read: ears and tail) of a black panther.
Desired CR: Friends and enemies! He tends to gravitate to more outgoing characters, so friendly, open faces are pretty welcome if they know when to back off. You also have an easy in if you're friends with his husband.

He has strong Dad instinct, so any younger characters might be in danger of being accidentally adopted. Technically his job is to guard humans from demons, so he will protect anyone in danger in whatever horrible future plots occur.
Future Plans: I don't have any set plans, but because Alec's inner circle is extremely tight-knitted I would actually like him to expand and make some new friends. Also, sparring buddies! He sure Loves sparring.

About: Galo is a member of Burning Rescue, which is a firefighting organization, and he's one of the newest of the group. He's an easily excitable blue-haired man who doesn't wear a shirt, throws himself into his work, and has a very big heart (as well as other parts that accompanies having said big heart).

Desired CR: Galo can easily make friends with anyone, so I think he's pretty much fair game for the most part? Bonus points for those who enable his... uh, impulsiveness or can match his very specific kind of energy.
Future Plans: To put out "fires" AKA do good, be good. Right wrongs, prevent injustices, etc. Alternatively, run around and be a good-natured idiot.
