Re: power suppressing, I was referring to the bracelets used when people fought Barbarus, and when the foxes kidnapped people and people were unable to use their powers while in the cages/handcuffed. I thought it might be the metal itself that had properties to suppress powers.

If Kagura dug around in the library, would she be able to learn about the combination of magic & technology that suppresses magic and other powers? Enough to at least have a basic idea of how it's done.
