Welcome to Prismatica, a panfandom sex-friendly sci-fi/fantasy game for you to hopefully indulge in all of your RP needs. Here are some important things to keep track of this upcoming month and the beginning of next:

Our next event will start on August 24th, but you are free to backdate and backlog for as long as you need. The OOC plotting post will be going up on

prismaticaooc on August 23nd!

We will not be making an official log for the event. Instead, we encourage others to post their top-levels or links to relevant network/log posts on the upcoming event post. However, we ask that you refrain from RPing on the OOC community. The event post will merely serve as a directory for all player posts related to the event. Please see last month's OOC event post for reference.

Whether or not you want to keep TDM threads canon is up to you! You may also handwave your character’s initial arrival so they can plunge directly into plot things if you wish.

Please look at our calendar for reference as to when moon cycles fall! Since it is something that will happen regularly, we will not have a log up for that, but your characters can react accordingly via the network or in their own logs if you wish. There might be times when the moonblessings overlap with events, so please keep that in mind. If you would like more information on the moonblessings, please read the moonblessing page. For any additional questions, feel free to drop us a line on the FAQ.

also look sometimes u gotta take the personality shift option above the appropriate animal option for ultimate Profit, it's probably more interesting than playing two of the same moonblessing anyway

idk about reasons but ren can be persistent and flick his nose for worrying too much about stuff (as if ren isn't concerned about his important people but they just dealt with a potential world-ending incident so they're probably not due for one for another like. year. also he's vaguely aware that people coming from different relative times from the same world don't seem to have noticed anyone disappearing for extended periods...)

yeah, i was also going: i think it's safer to go with Iris and also means I don't have two Cordis who would behave the same under Cordis, he can be Like That being catlike and end up looking like he's not moonblessed until you prod him, literally

tbh his vague awareness on that last point would be one shino could use... because being told not to worry mostly has that fail and him push back or probably point blank ask ren if he's not worried at all

YEAH like. if i ever apped a second i'd want someone who went under another moonblessing even if they fit it in certain ways...while i could probably make something else work for ren (like sanguis which would be a disaster for his self-control) i like cordis too much for him

he's kind of using it as a reference point himself b/c he's like. well at least i probably don't have to worry about people wondering where the heck i am or something going down while i'm here, if we can have people apparently disappear in the middle of terrible injuries that everyone saw them get???

ren in sanguis sounds horrifying i'm laughing, and yeah, i like cordis for sqq so he gets to stay there, and if i really want i could switch shino around in four months though sanguis urges still sound like Nightmares when it comes to the possibilities

yeah that's the exact way shino would use it too, because he knows how much it would affect everyone back home if they knew he (and murasame, to an extent) were missing, and having new dangers just show up from his canon point makes it uncertain but not as dangerous as it would be when sousuke starts failing in health. he can learn patience when utterly forced to do so by lack of ability to wish himself home again

it'd be absolutely dreadful since ren sans self-control about his more aggressive traits was basically ren while he was a villain, so he'd probably spend half the cycle trying not to be that much of an asshole again...but yes switching the other character is always an option

YEAH ren's fairly public so it'd spread quickly if he was missing, but he's more concerned about bad shit happening to his people while he's gone, so he's kind of holding onto the idea that that it doesn't seem to affect where they came from and hoping there's not some kind of other weird reason for what he's heard from others

ren sitting there going "ugh i'm not freaking regressing THANKS MOONS, BUT NOT TODAY" it does sound like he would have a less than fun time of things

look he knows the important people mood, he cares a lot more about his important people worrying about him than the general public tbh

bless... i'll likely have shino grouse about this at ren during the event perhaps if you want more of my demon oy as well as whatever sqq may get up to

though it'll depend, sqq might be better for mutual wing grooming pre-event and then who knows LIFE IS A MESS

i'm happy for both depending, though life is going to be coming at me swinging as of monday so i'm unfortunately probably going to have to employ the "sit on my own post and limit my tagouts" method depending on how busy i end up so you may have to come at me

given the type of rl that's coming at me i feel like "in front of the flagpole at 3pm" is the choice of fite me joke i would make about that but same mood rly
