LB would have told her himself once their relationship got somewhat more serious anyway (because basically, she would want to make sure that he'd be able to handle that aspect of her past before jumping into something more committed - honestly, she probably wasn't that far away from telling him even before the whole ten years thing), but we can say that they still remember The Talk, so it's not as weird to figure out what the fuck is even going on!
