ah, here we go! I have no specific plans with Loki for this event (just rolling with what people want to do) but this could work :)

Loki will be very annoyed to have his magic disappear because of the rain, so he'd be grateful to have someone help him to dry and recover. He might even be persuaded to generously donate blood in return, though I'm not sure what it would be like for Jean-Claude, considering he's a Frost Giant ooop
