As for the city, he's definitely going. He might check out the theater and turn into a Thing, so if you're interested in that direction lemme know. Otherwise? Exploring.
Aaaand of course if you just want some out-of-cycle Iris shenanigans, he'll be having a miserable time. Cheer him up maybe. Ha ha.
