▶ Swept

The following characters either failed to submit their activity in time for the month of July or were given time to amend their AC and could not do so, and have been swept from the game. An appeal can only be made through Mod Contact if a valid proof was submitted on a permanent AC post(s) with a timestamp during the month based on GMT.

A reminder that those who are swept are free to reserve and apply the following month.

▶ OBSERVATIONS

Main Activity

*** Activity Check for this month was very smooth, with very few issues with submitted proofs. Thank you to all players for being attentive and cooperative as we complete the permanent AC thread transition by the end of this month! However, please make sure to use the form at the top of the Permanent AC post when submitting AC.

*** Please consider using the drop post so that it can be processed separately from sweeps if you are planning on dropping a character.

** Per usual, everyone need to ensure that their links work and that they submit these AC proofs under their character thread and their not player thread.

** Before you submit your proof for the month for AC, make sure links contain the correct number of threads (3 consecutive log thread comments or 5 consecutive network thread comments) from the correct month, based on GMT. We advise that all players double check before the end of the month, especially if you submit very early in the month!


Taken List

At the time of this post, 308 out of the 428 characters in the game have an updated AC link on their taken list. Please remember that all players must migrate their permanent AC threads to the new AC post here by the end of August 2020. Failure to do so will result in a sweep!

A post will be made mid-month with a list of characters that do not have an updated AC link.

Please ensure that all links and the proofs submitted are valid and accurate per the item you are purchasing. In addition, check your comment counts for the proof that you are using (eg. 5 consecutive network comments or 3 consecutive log comments).
