HONESTLY if she knew he already had someone he was looking after, she would just... take herself out of the equation, particularly without the alpha energy to fight for it. A small part because of jealousy issues (HA she thought it was a Sanguis thing, nope!), but mostly she would feel like the inferior one anyway, because there's a whole lot of issues in general, man. I don't mind playing out more negative stuff, but it might be kind of annoying to deal with, so I'm fine with skipping this entirely if you'd rather!
