These two have been dancing around each other so much (no thanks to Hijikata for being the evasive one!), this feels like a great opportunity to give them a push towards each other.

I'm undecided as to which A/B/O type to hit Hijikata with, but if you prefer Astella for LB I can make Hijikata an Ostella to match her! He'd hate being so desperate and needy, but if LB makes him a mayonnaise nest he'll cheer up, I'm sure.
