He's sure that anyone that knows of Shinra Company would find it incredibly amusing to see the former president covered in plants, red and yellow flowers blooming from his fingernails, some even sprouting from the corners of his eyes. The owner of a company that slowly drained the planet now covered in green. Perhaps that's the fate of Midgar, eventually.
It's an amusing image.
Of course, all of this would be more alarming if he wasn't on Prismatica, but Rufus maintains that calm as he looks at the flowers, the edge of his mouth twitching upward. It's less of a sincere smile, however, and more because he finds the situation more humorous than it should be.
But yeah, don't mind the tall blond that normally only wears white with some black, now covered in colorful flowers. And definitely don't mind the small chuckle that leaves him, as if he's laughing at something humorous that he just remembered.]
event: dreambubbles [Rufus has been fortunate enough to avoid the dust himself, but it doesn't take much to figure out what's going on with the mischievous pixies and the bubbles displaying vivid, if sometimes unusual images. Dreams, perhaps goals? Some of it intriguing, some boring, but what better way to know someone and their potential weaknesses than by viewing their dreams? Okay, perhaps many methods, but he's definitely not shy looking at some of the bubbles.
So, perhaps pop the bubble before this stranger learns a bit too much? If not and if it's obvious that the bubble in question belongs to you, Rufus will just raise a hand to the daydream, on the verge of popping it, but not quite making that final movement. He almost seems to be measuring your reaction... or he's just having fun, if that small smirk is anything to go by.]
event: farmer's market [Perhaps these sorts of markets aren't too familiar to him, but the Shinra heir is still curious, walking around the Lunatia Square and observing the various booths with varying goods on display. Some have no interest to Rufus, and some garner an almost disgusted look from him (namely the strange fruit), but others catch his eye, sometimes with him stopping to look at the aforementioned item.
He'll definitely stop to look at potions or guns, sometimes even specialized dishes or drinks if they are from your home world. He's interested enough to know about planets (and their method of creating energy/electricity) other than his own and this is one way to learn about them.
If it's not entirely obvious what your product may be, a smooth voice will suddenly inquire about it.]
