yeah, Yuri is a great character and so driven from such a young age... especially in his sport... i love Yuri LMASDLKJ all my YOI love here, right now. but yeah, if they both bond over family early too it means Shino's got more tolerance (though as you know him/his canon, more just means more likely to apologise when his temper gets the better of him). and there's a lot he can appreciate with Yuri, and be just as fiercely loyal in return (but give him shit because he's... Shino...)
