Geralt will be facing past sins and mistakes and fall into a trance. If you want to witness how he became known as the butcher and killed someone he wanted to save, you're welcome to it.
he will later become possessed; although he is technically super human he's also going to be wounded during this so he'll be at a disadvantage if you want to fight him (or slap a seal on him!)
Beyond that, he'll just be brooding afterwards. If you want to bother a him when he's in an extra bad mood, feel free!
