[He could barely remember what happened before he stirs awake from a splitting headache. He knew he was spectating a game but not much else. A hand comes up to his forehead as he groans, and that's when he noticed something... odd.
His hand is... flesh.
Then, he notices three things after the fact: he's on a bed, he's in a human avatar, and there are foreign arms around his hand... A distinct warmth pressing against his back. There is, in fact, someone hugging him. A simple head turn to figure out who it is that's big spooning him has an immediate reaction from him. The face is not one he recognized, and so, he physically pushes the stranger away and scrambles himself out of the bed.]
Who are you? And what am I doing here?
[Why is he in his avatar and why he couldn't dematerialize could be questioned later, being in an unknown location with a stranger is much more pressing. Though, unbeknown to Soundwave, his avatar looks different than she was previously... And words and numbers are floating next to him.]
[To say Soundwave is pissed is an understatement. Waking up in an avatar vastly different than his own is strange, not only that, though Cybertronians do need to eat and sleep, it's an inconvenience that he needs to do them as often as a human needs, and worse of all, even in a game world, his avatar has a pair of bunny ears. Though he's taken some tasks and earned enough gold to no longer be in rags, he's still pressed for money.
Though he's not in a good mood, he needs to suck it up and do something with all those inconveniences at hand. Soundwave accepted works to his capabilities- tasks involving fetching items. He's too weak for combat situations, and there's no way he's going to wack low-level monsters with his stick. Plus, he's the type to leave innocent monsters alone.
The current quest he took will need him out of the village, gathering cooking ingredients that may or may not be infested with monsters. A problem.]
Hey, I'm weak... [Said in the flattest tone ever to a capable and higher statted adventurer.] Form a party with me.
III - Looting
[After going solo and running around grabbing items for some time, Soundwave is now level 12, promoted himself to the Mage class and has purchased a decent mage gear. Now, and even learned a couple of useful spells:
He's staring up the taskboard, looking for tasks more combat-oriented. There's a hunt quest slaying aa group of gremlins after they've ransacked the nearby's villager's farm. This makes for a good way of getting stronger without killing innocent monsters. He glances over to the adventurer next to him]
Are you thinking of taking on the quest? [...] It is best to not go alone.
IV - Tavern
[After a successful quest, Soundwave then visits the local tavern for a drink or two... or several. After his fourth or so ale, his head is laying on the table, face flushing full-red as he stares at nothing in particular. ]
This entire thing is ridiculous...
[And he's going to mumble things about wanting to go home or ranting about this game world and such.]
