He would argue that he doesn't actually have "powers," but semantics. Basically, he exists in several more dimensions than normal people, allowing for all kinds of physics shenanigans. Including but not limited to doing this with his hands, having constant access to hammerspace for item storage, not-quite-teleportation (it involves folding space and connecting two separate points), and it's just faster to link his app. Full writeup on his abilities in there.
