Sounds pretty specific. I'm not entirely sure I could see Panty dabbling in that sort of thing? She'd for sure make fun of him if she stumbled across the body writing already in progress, but she's always been more of a bully for her own amusement rather than an outright enabler. Particularly if we're going off of brand spanking new CR considering she's already notoriously fickle in canon (ex. save a life for her own purposes, then allow the same person to possibly fall to their death shortly after) to begin with.
