I can think of a few event things that might work nicely! Getting her some ammo that won't puncture a person and just put them under, or any sort of neutralizing weapon she can shoot (nets, tranquilizers, etc.), having her back in that big final fight, etc. Even just flopping on him when she gets low on chroma would be nice.
