▶ OBSERVATIONS

Activity

There were a number of players who had to resubmit their activity due to using a thread in prior AC rounds, as well as those who did not have the correct number of consecutive log (3) comments or network (5) comments in their submitted thread. Please double, triple, and quadruple check your activity before month's end in order to facilitate a quicker AC period! It is extremely helpful to do so, as it cuts down on the number of follow ups and reduces the delay in posting the results.

There were also a number of players who did not follow the form correctly. The issues were, again, multiple AC proofs/threads linked and/or players did not use the form. We encourage players to follow the format at the top of the AC page, as well as provide only one (1) single thread as proof for AC. This hastens the process and will also prevent any issues with requesting AC rewards.


Hiatuses

Again, please familiarize yourselves with what constitutes an AC exception: a hiatus that is two weeks or fourteen days long will count towards exception. A hiatus that crosses into the following month but still meets exception requirements will be based on whether a proof is posted for whichever month. It will, however, not count for two months. Emergency situations should be forwarded to the Mod Contact page.


Taken List

Please check your Taken List links and information! If there is anything incorrect with the list entry, resubmit the form ASAP so that it can be corrected as soon as possible. If you do not, and your AC link points somewhere incorrect, this will cause issues with checking AC and may end up with accidental sweeps. This may include any alteration to the form itself as well, such as adding opt-outs or merging links. Those who have rejoined the game after being swept or dropped should definitely do this.
